Puppy ApplicationTo be considered as a prospective owner for one of our puppies, please take a few minutes to answer these questions. There is no right or wrong answer. This will help us to get to know what kind of puppy you are looking for. After all, our primary goal is to ensure a safe and loving home for each of our puppies for the rest of their lives. The average life span of a Labrador is 11-14 years. It is important to find the perfect match for both the owners and the puppy. Why do we want to know so much about you? No, we are not nosy! We need to know all about the family that one of our puppies might be spending their life with. We will place a puppy ONLY in a home we feel will provide a happy, safe and stable lifetime of care. It’s our responsibility. Please answer the questions below and send them to us via email at olga@skazka.ca Thank you for your interest in a Skazka's puppy. What is your name? What is your e-mail address and telephone number? Describe your home, including the size of your yard and the type/height of fencing. Why would you like a Labrador Retriever?
